happy summer solstice!

one day,

 not so long ago, 

we had a summer solstice eve/summer solstice party.

the night of the 20th we drove up provo canyon, 

and watched a scary movie!

(house at the end of the street)

all four of us watched in the back of my car.

let me tell you how comfortable that was.

it's okay.

we like each other.

then friday morning we woke up at 5 and drove to the saratoga hot springs to watch the sunrise!

we waited a long time.

i forget that the sun has lots of extra feet to climb before we can see it here.

no sea level ish.

anyway. we all got less grumpy and took a dip in the springs.

and then i went back to bed.
